More and more retailers are recognising the importance of a multichannel strategy and the need to display their services online as well. As a result, we have optimised our online shop and developed a new individual online shop of the third generation with an integrated Onlineshop maker, which is even free of charge for Kiosk owners.

ONLINE SHOP AS PLATFORM OF THE 3rd GENERATION

The major advantage of our new and considerably more sophisticated online shop for the retailers is that using this platform they can access the same huge product range with over 200,000 products that is also displayed in store on the Kiosk.

It also offers end customers the convenient opening hours of an online shop opened around the clock. Thanks to the new improved online shop offered by their local retailer, customers can, for example place orders on a Sunday and collect the goods in store the next day. This allows retailers to take away one of the competitive advantages previously enjoyed by the competition on the internet, whilst at the same time ideally posititioning themselves as a regional Local Hero.

The Brodos Online Shop: very easy to use.

A further important advantage in addition to the products which are kept up to date at all times is that retailers have free rein to customise their online shop however they want. Using our integrated Onlineshop maker, retailers can design their own online shop entirely individually, including their own logo, new offers and contact details, even integrating Facebook offers if so required. The new online shop also has an improved appearance, and can be displayed online as a high quality homepage.

Retailers can use the new customisable online shop to position themselves in the ideal way on the internet.

Another plus is the responsive design, which also allows the online shop to be used on a mobile phone or tablet. Thanks to our geo-tagging service, our retailers can be found online by their customers in their town or region.

POWER WORKSHOPS: SUPPORT FOR RETAILERS 

After the launch of our new online shop and the success of the first online shop training courses in Baiersdorf last year, we have been offering the online shop power workshops throughout the whole of Germany since 20 January 2016, training our Local Heros in their own regional surroundings.

We are making an effort to become even more customer friendly, making it possible for retailers to go to thefive hour online shop training course at a location just around the corner. The retailer can then get the online shop up and running even quicker, saving our customers both time and the hassle of a long journey.

The workshops are going down very well with our partners. In the meantime, 100 online shops are already in use -and the trend is rising.
