BRODOS OBTAINS TOP RANKING

Recently, Germany’s largest and most well-known employer rating platform kununu selected the 26 best employers in the telecommunications industry. This year we made it into the top ten, with a rating of 3.28. Ranking number 9, we are very proud to take a place up at the top with big names such as Deutsche Telekom and Telfónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG.

TOP RATINGS FROM KUNUNU

However, it is not only in the employer rating of our own industry that we are up at the top, we also received the seal of approval from kununu, being nominated both a TOP COMPANY and an OPEN COMPANY. In order to be named a TOP COMPANY, the company must have been rated at least 6 times by (former) employees and have received an average rating of at least 3 points. With our score of 3.31, we are above this average, and are set to improve even further. We are particularly pleased about this, as only an exclusive circle of 5.1 percent of the companies rated on kununu have qualified as a “TOP COMPANY”. 

The Top awards: OPEN COMPANY and TOP COMPANY.

The circle of companies awarded the “OPEN COMPANY” seal of approval, to which we also belong, is even more exclusive: Just under 1 percent of the companies on kununu have succeeded in standing out from the competition, attracting the attention of job seekers with their qualities as an employer. In order to qualify, companies have to invite their employees to rate the company on kununu, comment on the ratings on kununu and give an impression of day to day work in the company by providing a company profile.
