CONNECTED STORE COMBINES ONLINE AND OFFLINE TRADINGThis is exactly the point where our concept of the connected store starts. We are convinced that with the right combination of online and offline, the brick and mortar shop will become the central shopping point for customers. Therefore, we have developed the “connected store”, which comes with tools such as kiosks and digital signage and there transports the benefits of the Internet into the shop, creating an improved shopping experience. Our multi-channel solution with the connected store as "walkable online shop" is already well implemented.

Online Kiosk with over 150,000 products

In addition to the Kiosk, an instore touch terminal, we also offer our Online Kiosk, an online shop that is easy to operate on all devices such as PC, tablet and smartphone. It offers the same product range as the stationary Kiosk. Customers are therefore also able to shop after closing times when brick and mortar shops are closed. Thus they can order products via Click & Collect directly for pickup from shops just around the corner. Since the all-round support will be borne by us, retailers concentrate on the essentials.
